What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your scheduled booking date and time there is no fee. Just simply phone us up. Please see cancellation policy for full details.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do you wash windows?

We can wash windows but only on single storey properties. A name of another window cleaning specialist can be provied if you require the second storey windows cleaned.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

How much do you charge?

The current rate is $40 per hr per cleaner. If you have a rental property we offer a set price per clean which is worked out after doing the first clean.

Cash or Direct deposit only are accepted.

Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking at any time prior to the day before your booking and there is no charge. 

If you cancel in under 24 hrs before your booking then a $30 administration fee applies.
